Shipping Policy
Domestic Orders Only
Currently, we only process and ship orders within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Please allow additional time during peak seasons or promotional events.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days (U.S. orders).
Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days (U.S. orders).
Note: Shipping times may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier issues.
Shipping Costs
Expedited shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Shipping Management through Shopify
We use Shopify to handle all of our shipping and order fulfillment. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details from Shopify, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can track the status of your order directly through the Shopify platform or via the carrier’s tracking website.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address is entered correctly before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe it is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will assist you in filing a claim through Shopify and arrange for a replacement or refund, as applicable.
Note on Product Condition
Many of the items we sell are sourced from customer returns, unclaimed packages, or overstock. As such, some products may arrive in repackaged boxes or show signs of previous use. All items are sold as-is unless otherwise noted. For full details, please see our [Return Policy].
