Shipping Policy
At TDR-Shopper, Inc., we are committed to providing a transparent and reliable shipping experience. This policy outlines our shipping timelines, costs, and procedures.
Domestic Orders Only
Currently, we only process and ship orders within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after business hours, weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day
- Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Total Estimated Delivery Time (Processing + Shipping):
- Standard: 6–9 business days
- Expedited: 3–5 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin after the order has been shipped.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method
- All applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase
Shipping Management through Shopify
We use Shopify to handle all of our shipping and order fulfillment. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details from Shopify, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.
Shipping Delays
Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- High shipping volumes
While we work to ensure timely delivery, TDR-Shopper, Inc. is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier, but we will assist in resolving issues when possible.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become available
- You may track your shipment via the carrier’s tracking page
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order is lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date
- Provide your order number and supporting evidence (photos, if applicable)
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable, in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
Product Condition Notice
Some items may be sourced from customer returns, overstock, or unclaimed packages. As a result:
- Items may be repackaged or show signs of prior handling
- Original packaging or accessories may be missing
These conditions are disclosed on the product page and are not considered defects.
