Return & Refund Policy
At TDR-Shopper, INC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
It must be in the same condition that you received it, It must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. The tags must still be original attached. You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at: customerservice@tdr-shopper.com. Our customer service team will guide you through the process. Please do not return items without first contacting us, as we cannot accept returns without prior approval.
Once your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you find that your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at customerservice@tdr-shopper.com. We’ll review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded: Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Personal care items (such as beauty products), Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Please reach out if you have concerns about a specific item. We also do no accept returns on AS-IS or Final Sale items and Gift cards.
All Sales Final
Due to the nature of our inventory, most items are sold as-is and all sales are considered final unless the item is defective or not as described. We do not accept returns on items that show signs of wear, missing parts, or minor cosmetic issues unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Exchanges
For a faster resolution, the best way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement oncer your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If your return is approved, you will receive your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Refunds are issued for the cost of the returned products only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item sent). If we provided a prepaid return shipping label, the cost of return shipping is covered by us and will not be deducted from your refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please reach out to us at customerservice@tdr-shopper.com.
Product Condition & Documentation
We photograph each item before shipping to verify its condition. You may be asked to provide photo or video proof to process a return. Items must be returned in the same condition received to qualify for a refund. Items damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging may be denied or refunded partially.
Chargeback Policy
At TDR-Shopper, INC, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the issue before considering a chargeback.
In the event of a chargeback, we will take the following steps to investigate and resolve the matter:

Documentation: We will provide necessary documentation, such as order receipts, shipping tracking numbers, and communication records, to dispute the chargeback with the bank or payment processor.

Communication: We will attempt to reach out to you to resolve the issue directly before a chargeback is finalized. Our goal is to resolve the matter efficiently without the need for a chargeback.
Chargeback Fees
Please note that chargebacks come with administrative costs. If a chargeback is initiated and found to be invalid or the result of a misunderstanding, we reserve the right to charge a $25 administrative fee to cover the costs of processing the chargeback.

To help prevent chargebacks, please ensure you have read and understood our Return & Refund Policy and contact us at customerservice@tdr-shopper.com for any issues before initiating a chargeback. We are here to help resolve any problems you may have with your order in a timely and fair manner.
Fraud Prevention
We take fraudulent activity seriously. If we suspect that a chargeback is related to fraud, we will work with the relevant authorities and our payment processor to investigate and resolve the issue.
