1. How long does shipping take?
Step 1: Place your order.
Step 2: We process it within 1–2 business days.
Step 3: Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days
expedited shipping takes 2–3 business days.
2. Can I track my order?
Step 1: You’ll get a shipping confirmation email.
Step 2: Click the tracking link from Shopify.
Step 3: Monitor your package until it arrives.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the U.S.
4. How do I return an item?
Step 1: Review our Return Policy.
Step 2: Contact customer service within 30 days if there’s an issue.
Step 3: Follow instructions to return or exchange your item.
5. What if my order arrives damaged?
Step 1: Take photos of the damage.
Step 2: Contact us at customerservice@tdr-shopper.com within 30 days.
Step 3: We’ll help file a claim and send a replacement or refund.
6. Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Step 1: Double-check your address before checkout.
Step 2: If a mistake occurs, contact us immediately.
Step 3: We’ll do our best to update it before shipment.
7. Are your products new?
Many items are used, returned, open-box, or overstock.
All items are sold as-is, unless otherwise stated.
